Here it is next to a Master Replicas Luke Skywalker Force FX Lightsaber (discontinued). As you can see, the Luke Skywalker Lightsaber is significantly larger. Even the polycarbonate blade is a larger diameter than Yoda's Lightsaber is.
Next we have a more complete side-by-side comparison. Now you can really see the difference. The Yoda Force FX Lightsaber is significantly shorter than the Luke Skywalker Force FX Lightsaber is, and the hilt is even a smaller diameter.
