Many of our customers have asked what a scaled replica lightsaber is (or was now).  Does it have lights or sounds, can you fight with them, and how big are they?  So here's your answer:

Here is a Qui-Gon Jinn Collector's Edition lightsaber next to the Qui-Gon Jinn scaled replica lightsaber.  You can immediately see a big difference.  The Collector's Edition and limited edition lightsabers are the exact size of the hero prop used in the movies, so it's an accurate scale of the lightsaber.  The Scaled lightsaber is an exact .45 scale of the Limited Edition lightsaber.  Unlike the Force FX lightsabers, neither of them has any lights or sounds or even a blade.  They cannot be used for costuming, combat, or much besides display really.  The CE and LE lightsabers can be worn as a hero prop on a costume or put on a handsome table top display.  The scaled lightsaber could only be used as a hero prop for a toddler as it's physically too small to use otherwise.  It too comes with a handsome table top display and looks really nice in a mini-collection.
